A $20.12 menu will be offered at participating restaurants all week long, but save room for dessert on Thursday, Desert Night. The exclusive Chef's Table returns on Friday evening. Once a month, Salt Water Farm celebrates the changing of the seasons with a Full Moon Supper. Each feast occurs on the evening of a full moon. The dinners take full advantage of the season’s offerings, each one a tribute to local ingredients Maine has to offer. The evening begins with an amuse bouche, followed by four courses.
